On 28th August, 2024, Indonesia Kapasitas 100 MW PV Power Plant Project was officially completed and delivered by Powerchina Hubei Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HYEPC") which designed, supplied and built the largest Indonesia ground mounted PV power plant Project in installed capacity. This exciting news was greatly concerned by CCTV News Broadcast Channel since it has injected strong power into Indonesia renewable energy field and also set a new benchmark for the energy cooperation between China and Indonesia.

The Project is located in Bukit Yingta City, West Java Province, Indonesia, with total area of 80 hectares and the installed DC capacity of 100.78 MWp. During the construction period of the Project, thousands of jobs were created and provided for the surrounding communities, which was affirmed and praised by the Indonesia local government, making a positive contribution to promoting the local economic development and employment stability of Bukit Yingdah City and the surrounding areas.

After the completion of this Project and in the phase of operation , it will provide more than 150 million kWh of clean electricity every year, meeting the annual electricity demand of about 112,000 households, effectively reducing local electricity costs, and helping Indonesia to achieve energy transformation and sustainable development.

During the construction period of the Project, the Project team overcame many challenges such as the extremely tight construction schedule and the shortage of territorial resources, promoted the construction process with high standards, achieved high-quality performance, and created a new record of achievement of the first grid connection within 5 months and successful completion and delivery of the whole Project within 7 months. At the same time, the Project team has cultivated a group of excellent localized employees and achieved remarkable localized management results, which will benefit for its local market development and project execution.
